2. Dispatch & Logistics

All verified orders are packed in tamper-evident security boxes and handed over to premier courier partners within 24 to 48 hours. Live tracking details are communicated via SMS.

3. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

In the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing discrepancy, customers are entitled to an immediate doorstep replacement within 7 days of package receipt.
